Self-catering hotel with pet-friendly policy in central Ayia Napa

Ovis Hotel Apartments offers fully equipped kitchens with a stovetop, refrigerator, and kitchenware for guests who prepare their own meals. Each unit includes a private bathroom and soundproofed rooms ensure privacy and quiet from the busy zone. Select apartments provide a terrace with sea views and a separate bedroom with another terrace overlooking the city and the sea.
Pet-Friendly Stay
The hotel welcomes smaller pets up to 10 kg, allowing guests to travel with their cats or dogs without extra restrictions. A pet-friendly policy makes the property inclusive for travelers who do not want to leave their animals behind. This service is available upon request during booking.

Ovis Hotel Apartments sits within 300 meters of Ayia Napa city center, placing guests close to the bar alley and Nissi Avenue. The property is a 17-minute walk from Pernera Beach and Agia Napa Monastery, with local supermarkets and a drinking water machine just minutes away. Despite the central position, the soundproofing keeps the apartments quiet from nearby restaurants and clubs.
Outdoor Living
Each apartment offers a balcony or terrace, and some units include an outdoor dining area for al fresco meals. Guests can enjoy the view of the city or the sea from the upper-floor terraces. The hotel provides free on-site parking and private check-in/check-out with a secure key access system.
Family-Friendly Setup
Family rooms accommodate larger groups with two floors: a ground floor containing a kitchen, dining area, and living space, and an upper floor with a bedroom and bathroom. The apartment has enough space for four people to be comfortable, with soundproofing that prevents noise from the busy zone. Free WiFi and air conditioning are provided in all units, and the management offers early check-in and late check-out when possible.
